Our Will service is frequently tied into wider Estate Planning, including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Tax Planning.
Where we are doing more than one job at a time we will bundle our costs, providing a single fixed fee which will usually include a discount.

Note:
These costs include the legal costs for registration of the LPA’s but do not include expenses.
Expenses would include the registration fee payable to the Office of the Public Guardian, which is £82 per document, and ID checks, which are £10 plus VAT per person.
