We have particular experience in complex contractual disputes, 'boardroom bust ups' and restrictive covenant/post-termination restriction enforcement. We act in disputes with a value ranging from thousands to multiple millions, and we are well used to acting in the County Court, High Court and Commercial Court. We have experience of cross-border jurisdiction and choice of law disputes and often act in making or resisting urgent applications for injunctions.
